His OC being looked after by that Pikachu clone from Gen 5? (I really wish they stop with the clones, freaking rodents with those cheaks, all of which are electrical types)
Anyway Trans was wearing a costume and the pokemon kidnapps him and decides to take care of him.
I got lazy with the background on this one, also that doll looks cute for being nothing but flat colors.
